Our Technology Solutions Group team is currently on the lookout for Full-stack (JavaScript, Java) application developer .
This is a hands-on technical role with strong people skills:

  • dvanced level JavaScript and problem-solving experience, Typescript preferred
  • Experience with Java also desired
  • 50-90% coding, fluent with both React.js and Node.js (2+ yrs in business environment)
  • Experience with Progressive Web Apps, mobile apps (iOS and Android)
  • Champion of modern software practices
  • Experience developing software in a team environment
  • Collaborates well with other developers, other development teams and other software-related roles. May guide and mentor other developers
  • dditional desired technologies: Relational databases, React Native, Oracle, cross-platform application frameworks such as .NET MAUI, and Flutter
  • Equally comfortable coding, doing code reviews, making technology design and platform decisions, explaining technical concepts and talking with business stakeholders about product features
  • Collaborates with DevOps team
  • Has an eye for user experience, user interaction and what looks good on screen

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications, some legacy code, using React.js and Node.js/Express, cross-platform app frameworks.
  • Interact with and influence all members of product teams including product owner, engineering manager, front and back-end developers, QA, UX/designers, management.

Education & Experience Required:
  • 5+ years' experience JavaScript/Java development, 2+ years using React.js and Node.js
