We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be working in an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software across the full development lifecycle
  • Emphasize automated testing while performing manual testing as needed
  • Deliver high quality, secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications that enhance the customer experience
  • Foster a high performance, collaborative engineering environment
  • Mentor and support the development of new and existing team members
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to both technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and REST APIs
  • Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code to ensure best practices and quality standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, business analysts, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions
  • Contribute to user story development and task estimation in an Agile environment
  • Adhere to development best practices while delivering solutions on time and within budget
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and reliability

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience as a full stack developer
  • 6 years of experience with Java / J2EE, including modern frameworks and best practices
  • 5 years of experience designing and building RESTful APIs, working with databases, and leveraging Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.)
  • 3 years of experience utilizing Agile / Scrum methodology
  • 3 years of experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, including cloudnative development and deployment practices
  • 3 years of experience with ReactJS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Azure Cloud experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
