Description

Intezra is hiring a highly motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer to design and build end-to-end applications that support complex technical environments. In this role, you'll work closely with users, stakeholders, and domain experts to translate real needs into working systems - front to back.

Youโ€™ll operate in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve quickly. Success requires strong full-stack development skills, the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into deployable systems, and a passion for building software that delivers real, visible impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop software applications using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
  • Automate manual deployment processes to improve reliability and delivery speed.
  • Design and implement automation workflows for development, deployment, and configuration management.
  • Document system designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Gather requirements and feedback from users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain configuration documentation and repeatable deployment processes.
Skills Requirements
  • Experience designing and developing full-stack applications and architectures.

Compensation & Employment Policy

Salary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $200,000 โ€“ $250,000 (annualized USD).
