Job Summary/Description:

WIS 10 is in search of a bold, creative producer with exceptional videography/lighting/editing/leadership skills who is ready to join Columbia, SC's #1 station and award-winning Senior Creative Services Department. If you're a self-starter and visual storyteller with a creative mind who can bring great ideas to life, this is the job for you! We're looking for the ultimate content creator who can write, shoot, design, and edit content for broadcast, social media, and streaming platforms. If you're highly motivated, team-oriented, and a problem-solver with a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Develop, collaborate, lead, and execute creative brand concepts for all media platforms: on-air, digital, social.
• Write, shoot, and edit commercials and station promotions.
• Assist in the training and mentorship of junior marketing producers.
• Conceptualize creative campaigns for station marketing and sales presentation needs.
• Direct, schedule, and execute multi-platform promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven writing and communication skills.
• Expert video, photography, lighting, and audio pre/post production skills.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications with expert knowledge of Premiere and After Effects.
• Strong ability to direct marketing and advertising philosophy and techniques.
• Strong initiative for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• College degree or equivalent job experience in graphic design or video production.
• Ability to lead and manage projects in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Wide Orbit a plus, but not required.
• Works well with staff and clients.
