We are hiring Social Media Account Moderators to support a fast-growing global social media platform. This role focuses on platform safety, trust, and policy enforcement-not customer service.
As a Social Media Account Moderator, you will review user accounts, private messages, group chats, and appeal requests to ensure content aligns with platform policies and community standards. Your decisions directly impact user safety, platform integrity, and regulatory compliance. This is a 100% non-voice, judgment-based role requiring consistency, sound decision-making, and comfort working with sensitive content.

What You'll Do
Consistency, judgment, and reliability are essential for success in this role.
As part of our Trust & Safety moderation team, you will:
  • Review and moderate user accounts and user-generated content according to defined platform policies and community standards.
  • Evaluates private messages and group chats for policy violations.
  • Assess and process account appeals using established enforcement guidelines.
  • Make consistent, objective enforcement decisions based on platform standards.
  • Accurately document moderation actions, decisions, and rationale.
  • Support platform safety, authenticity, acceptable-use, and trust standards.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and decision-consistency benchmarks.

Work Environment
  • 100% non-voice, case-based work
  • Structured workflows with repetitive policy-based decision-making
  • Prolonged screen time
  • Exposure to content that may be sensitive, explicit, disturbing, or emotionally challenging
  • Onsite contact center environment in Morrow, GA

Paid Training
  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Attendance: 100% attendance is required throughout training. Time off during training cannot be accommodated.

Hours of Operation & Schedule Availability
  • Monday-Saturday
  • Operating hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM EST
  • Open availability is required to work any assigned fixed schedule during operating hours, including evenings and late-night shifts.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the language proficiency, judgment, resilience, and attention to detail required for policy-based moderation work.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, risk, fraud, e-commerce operations, or similar policy-based work required
  • Familiarity with major social media, short-form video, social commerce, or online marketplace platforms preferred.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week onsite in Morrow, GA.
  • Strong judgment with the ability to apply policies consistently and objectively
  • High attention to detail with accurate documentation and case handling
  • Ability to make decisions independently within established policy guidelines
  • Comfort enforcing platform rules without emotional escalation
  • Psychological resilience and stress tolerance when reviewing sensitive or disturbing content
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows efficiently
  • Dependability, accountability, consistent attendance, and schedule adherence
  • Ability to work assigned schedules Monday-Saturday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 AM EST, including evenings and late-night shifts
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment assessments and background checks
