Conduct detailed root cause analyses for major business-impacting incidents and workflow escalations across access, scams, verification, and advertiser review portfolios.
  • Develop and deliver qualitative and quantitative operational insights to inform decision-making for program managers, product, compliance, and leadership teams.
  • Document post-mortem findings, process enhancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Support the execution of key internal initiatives focused on quality uplift, risk reduction, and remediation within verification operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, policy, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to accelerate resolution of strategic projects and risk reviews.
  • Maintain and enhance operational documentation, SOPs, and onboarding resources for team alignment and scalability.
  • Analyze data trends and performance metrics to identify recurring issues and develop data-informed recommendations.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to multiple internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in operations analysis, risk management, content moderation, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in conducting root cause analyses, incident management, and process documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Excel).
  • Experience collaborating with vendors or external partners.
  • Understanding of compliance, regulatory, or risk management principles.
