Touch of Tuscany Italian Steakhouse & Bar is seeking a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, upscale Italian steakhouse focused on quality, consistency, and execution. Salary Range $70,000-$80,000 plus paid vacation.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
โ€ข Execute and oversee sautรฉ and steak stations at a high level
โ€ข Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
โ€ข Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
โ€ข Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff
โ€ข Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen
Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum 4 years of sautรฉ experience in an Italian restaurant
โ€ข Strong knowledge of high-end steak preparation and butchery fundamentals
โ€ข Experience with ordering, inventory systems, and food cost control
โ€ข Proven leadership and team management skills
โ€ข Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
