Touch of Tuscany Italian Steakhouse & Bar is seeking a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, upscale Italian steakhouse focused on quality, consistency, and execution. Salary Range $70,000-$80,000 plus paid vacation.
Responsibilities
โข Lead and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
โข Execute and oversee sautรฉ and steak stations at a high level
โข Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
โข Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
โข Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff
โข Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen
Qualifications
โข Minimum 4 years of sautรฉ experience in an Italian restaurant
โข Strong knowledge of high-end steak preparation and butchery fundamentals
โข Experience with ordering, inventory systems, and food cost control
โข Proven leadership and team management skills
โข Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
