Job description

We are searching for a qualified and dependable housekeeper to keep all common areas of our community clean and ensure that vacant apartments are ready for new residents. This position is located in North Royalton, OH.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
  • Vacuum and dust
  • Clean vacant suites
  • Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.)
  • Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
