As Brand Manager, TUMS, you will help accelerate the growth of the #1 market share leader in heartburn relief, shaping what's next for one of Haleon's most iconic brands.
You'll lead a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in driving innovation, cultural relevance, and breakthrough consumer engagement-unlocking new ways for TUMS to win with today's consumers.
This role is built for a modern and experienced brand builder-someone who moves fast, challenges conventions, and turns insight into action to fuel growth.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth Strategy
  • Serve as a key voice for TUMS in innovation development, ensuring all initiatives are rooted in consumer insight and aligned to brand strategy
  • Partner with the Brand Director on commercial planning and long-term growth strategy
  • Identify and unlock incremental growth opportunities across retail, eCommerce, and new distribution
  • Lead performance tracking discipline, translating POS and panel data into clear actions and impact

Lead Breakthrough Execution
  • Own delivery of 360° marketing plans for priority innovation launches, driving strong in-market performance with agility
  • Lead claims development and in-market superiority, partnering closely with Innovation, Medical/Legal/Regulatory, and base business teams
  • Champion social-first and creator-led work that drives relevance, talkability, and brand momentum
  • Partner with agencies to deliver bold, platform-native creative that breaks through

Enable Media & Performance Excellence
  • Partner with Media to optimize ROI, reach, and channel mix, meeting consumers where they are
  • Use data and insights to continuously test, learn, and accelerate performance

Lead & Develop Talent
  • Manage and develop a team of Associate Brand Managers, fostering a high-performing, growth-oriented culture

Who You Are

The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience (experience in innovation, digital, or social strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to launch or scale new products, platforms, or ideas
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience managing agency partners and external vendors
  • Solid business acumen, including financial ownership and performance management

The salary range for this role is $142,282 - 195,635 USD annually + bonus
