Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises production scheduling activities by monitoring materials inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect schedules.
  • Support execution of the sourcing strategy to meet the company's business growth and sourcing requirements.
  • Under direct supervision, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance.
  • Under direct supervision, work with quality, engineering, machining, and assembly operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
  • Selects, evaluates and manages employees to ensure the efficient operations of the function.

  • Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors

Business Expertise
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives

Leadership
  • Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees

Problem Solving
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
