We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Truss Designer to join our team in the Boston, MA area. As a Truss Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our multifamily construction projects, contributing to the design and engineering of truss systems for residential buildings.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize specialized software to design truss systems based on project specifications and engineering standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient truss designs.
  • Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop comprehensive truss layouts.
  • Perform structural calculations and analysis to verify the integrity and performance of truss designs.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to facilitate the fabrication of truss components.
  • Review and analyze project requirements, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-efficiency.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of truss designs and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
