Job Summary

The Warehouse Administration Specialist or DC Administrator, is responsible for supporting the Operations Coordinator activities of the pellet plant. They are to perform admininstrative duties that help keep the mill supplied with consumables, track and monitor inventory,  and compile reports to ensure data centric focus for making sound decisisons.

Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities:

Schedule product pickups and deliveries.
Check in customer trucks as they are called in from the guard shack.
Miscellaneous copying, laminating, and distributing.
Make all paperwork for trucks being shipped out.
Create and maintain Track/Rank/Publish boards as required.
Sales Meeting Notes/Handouts as requested.
Customer mail check requests (validation).

Receptionist Duties:

Greet visitors, answer and direct phones.
Communicate with internal and external customers to coordinate loading appointments.
Good customer service relations.

Audits & Compliance

Ensure compliance to company audit guidelines.
NSF Review and tracking - notification to sales. 

Qualification Requirements

Education: High school education or GED equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

2 - 5 years experience in a automated office environment required.
2+ years experience in a warehouse environment or experience in customer service.
Inventory Control experience preferred.
Excellent communication, people skills, and phone ettiquite
Excellent organization and time management skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Accurate data entry
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 20lbs. occasionally.

Able to work in extreme indoor and outdoor environments, temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees.
