Job Summary
 
Trophy Nissan is adding to our team. We are seeking energetic and web savvy individuals to add to our BDC team. This is a great opportunity to learn digital retailing along side a tried and true sales process. Experience is a plus but not required. We offer PAID TRAINING. We promote from within and are committed to your career growth path.

Responsibilities
  • The BDC Associate will nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Provide short videos to prospective customers to win them over
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
  • Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Trophy Nissan brand
  • Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
  • Other duties assigned
