Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Superintendent
  • Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
  • Enforce Project‑Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
