As a Traveling Superintendent, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects across the retail sector. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
  • Review and interpret blueprints and specifications

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
  • Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Union enrollment (Carpenters Union required for project compliance).
