Job Description: AZIONE, an award-winning agency, seeks an experienced candidate to join as an Account Coordinator, Digital/Influencer across our Fashion and Lifestyle/CPG division. The ideal candidate will have experience working with celebrities, influencers, fashion stylists, publicists, and industry agents, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years of VIP and influencer experience at an agency or through an internship. Experience with innovative startups is a plus. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationships & Growth

  • Act as a client contact and have a strong grasp of the tactical execution of day-to-day account activity
  • Attend all calls with client and in-person meetings alongside senior team leadership, circulating call notes and agendas pre-and-post meetings
  • Attend 1:1 influencer / talent appointments for in-store visits with clients 
  • Schedule, plan and participate in meetings internally and externally

Strategic Thinking 

  • Daily pitching across client priorities to consistently secure a steady cadence of influencer + celebrity opportunities. 
  • Continually look to identify new client opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain influencer/talent lists and format google documents
  • Research and provide suggestions of appropriate influencer/ talent and entertainment opportunities for client projects 
  • Support strategic seeding programs to deliver organic influencer + celebrity coverage for clients 
  • Assists in the development and execution of earned and paid creative campaigns to ensure client objectives are achieved and expectations are exceeded under the supervision of senior team leadership
    • Oversee the logistics (travel, shipping product, etc) to talent/influencers for a specific campaigns and programs
  • Support the implementation of digital campaigns, brand partnerships, and talent engagement initiatives
  • Draft client agendas, action items, monthly status reports and event recap reports ensuring all touchpoints are free of discrepancies and fully updated with latest client deliverables 
  • Support conceptualization of creative seeding boxes for VIP + influencer gifting, from initial sourcing to final execution 
  • Helps maintain weekly and monthly recaps for all team projects with JAE / SAE / AM oversight as needed
  • Maintain and organize client library of assets (images, fact sheets, press materials, lookbooks, influencer lists etc.)
  • Actively pitch celebrity sightings and digital campaigns to secure entertainment and lifestyle media coverage 

Excellence in Delivery

  • Conduct influencer outreach and facilitate timely sample requests and gifting opportunities / sendouts via shipping and/or messengers
  • Support account teams in managing inbound client requests and vetting influencer opportunities.
  • Clipping, reporting, scanning, and influencer and celebrity monitoring
  • Draft pitches, plans, creative briefs and more
  • Consistently secure paid and earned talent partnerships, content and organic seeding opportunities that leads to direct coverage for clients 
  • Ignite steady rhythm of proactive and inbound product requests, talent dressing opportunities, and entertainment event opportunities
  • Maintain and continuously grow network of powerful “turnkey” influencers, stylists, managers, celebrity and publicist relationships, agents, personal assistants and talent through proactive outreach and ongoing entertaining
  • Stay apprised of new technology and trends, capabilities within existing social media platforms as well as new emerging social media platforms, assessing brand relevance and strategic use
  • Continuously stay up-to-date on best practices relating to reporting to underscore qualitative and quantitative ROI and impact of executed campaigns 
  • Monitor and keep abreast of industry news and trends, sharing insights and news within the team
  • Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership for issues specific to assigned clients/initiatives
  • Contribute to agency database of go-to talent, digital influencers and brand advocates 
  • Show proactivity, resourcefulness and tenacity in problem solving.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of post-graduate experience in PR
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset
  • Must be located in New York City
  • Our NYC team operates on a hybrid office schedule
