• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans that facilitate progress and personal growth.
• Engage with clients through various modalities, from individual therapy to group sessions, addressing their unique therapeutic needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues during supervision sessions to discuss case management and treatment approaches while maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy options to provide therapy for clients who prefer virtual sessions or who may have mobility challenges, ensuring consistent access to care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with ethical standards, reflecting clients' treatment progress and interventions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to enhance clinical skills and keep up with emerging trends in therapy.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current state-issued License as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to work with a diverse range of clients including couples, children, teens, and families.

Experience in trauma-informed care methods and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches are highly desirable. Additionally, the ability to engage with clients from various cultural backgrounds and provide culturally relevant interventions will enhance the therapeutic experience.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, employees can expect bonuses for achieving specific performance targets.
