Job description

Temco Logistics, a proud subsidiary of The Home Depot, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Overnight Operations Manager to support our next-day delivery and customer service teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate scheduling, and high service standards. If you are organized, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Shift: Monday - Saturday 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Must-Have Skills

What You'll Do
  • Monitor staging overnight operations and resolve service exceptions
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Build, and manage inventory of the facility
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness
  • Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance
  • Review payroll and resolve discrepancies
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities
  • Track delivery exceptions and ensure timely resolution
  • Review next-day delivery plans and adjust schedules as needed
  • Submit nightly operations recap reports
  • Attend weekly planning and operations meetings
  • Conduct inventory checks and order supplies
