Available Schedules:
Full-Time: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 3:30 PM
Part-Time: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Contract Term: September 1 June 30
What You'll Do:
Lead a beautiful, prepared Infant/Toddler Montessori classroom for children ages 03
Design and maintain an inviting, organized, and developmentally rich environment
Develop and implement thoughtful lesson plans rooted in Montessori philosophy
Observe and document each child's growth and progress using Transparent Classroom
Build strong, trusting relationships with families through open and consistent communication
Mentor and guide assistant teachers in Montessori best practices
Ensure a safe, clean, and joyful space where children can freely explore and thrive
What We're Looking For:
AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for ages 03
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in a Montessori Infant/Toddler setting
CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
A warm, patient, and nurturing spirit with a deep respect for each child's unique potential
Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a true love of collaboration
Candidates must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent and punctual attendance.
