We’re currently seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support children ages 3 to 5 in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties, Oregon for the '26-'27 school year. These are wonderful opportunities for SLPs who are passionate about early childhood and want to make a meaningful impact during these important developmental years.

Position Highlights:

  • Multiple full-time school-based openings serving children ages 3 to 5
  • '26-'27 school year assignment
  • Dates: August 21, 2026 - June 9, 2027
  • Opportunities available throughout Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties
  • Collaborative, supportive team environment
  • Great opportunity for an SLP who loves working with preschool-aged children and families
  • $50-$60 per hour 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Oregon SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • CCCs preferred, but strong pediatric experience may also be considered depending on the assignment
  • Early childhood, preschool, and/or school-based experience preferred

Role Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist in this school-based role, you will provide services to young children ages 3 to 5 with communication and developmental needs while partnering closely with families, educators, and other team members. You will help identify strengths and areas of concern, develop individualized goals, and deliver therapy that supports each child’s communication development and participation in daily routines and learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide speech-language therapy services for children ages 3 to 5
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Help develop and implement individualized goals and service plans
  • Complete documentation and progress updates in a timely manner
  • Support development of communication, social interaction, language, articulation, and functional participation in everyday routines and classroom activities
