Job description

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Dual Property Sales Manager.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and versatile Dual Sales Manager to oversee group and business transient sales efforts for two hotel properties. In this dual-role capacity, the Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by building relationships, prospecting new business, and maintaining key accounts across both hotels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel sales, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage priorities in a multi-property environment.
What will you be doing most days?
  • Proactively sell and promote both hotel properties to targeted market segments including corporate, group, SMERF, and local accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through sales calls, site tours, networking, and client events.
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation in accordance with brand and company standards.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize revenue potential for both properties.
  • Coordinate and conduct site inspections, sales blitzes, and trade show participation on behalf of both hotels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, or similar).
  • Achieve or exceed individual and combined room night and revenue goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with catering, operations, and brand teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Regularly analyze local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay competitive.

What are the requirements for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of hotel sales experience required; multi-property or dual-brand experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating business relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel between both hotel locations as needed and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, Salesforce).
  • You have a valid driver's license.
