Beskrivelse av oppdraget

Programlederen vil lede komplekse transformasjons- og migrasjonsaktiviteter på tvers av teknologi, virksomhet og leverandører, og rapportere til toppledelsen.

  • Lede det samlede IT carve-out-programmet fra planlegging til gjennomføring.
  • Etablere og følge opp programplan, budsjett, risiko og rapportering.
  • Etablere ny IT-driftsmodell for den nye organisasjonen.
  • Lede migrering fra SAP ECC til SAP S/4HANA.
  • Lede skytransformasjon til Microsoft Azure.
  • Lede implementering av Microsoft Entra ID, Intune og modernisering av Microsoft 365-plattformen.
  • Lede modernisering av nettverk basert på Cisco Meraki.
  • Sikre migrering av regulerte forretningsapplikasjoner.
  • Planlegge og gjennomføre testing, cutover og hypercare.
  • Sikre etterlevelse av GxP, GMP, Annex 11, GAMP 5, CSV/CSA og Data Integrity.
  • Samarbeide tett med QA-, validerings- og forretningsmiljøer.
  • Lede eksterne teknologipartnere og leverandører.
  • Drive endringsledelse og sikre forretningsberedskap gjennom hele transformasjonen.

  • Sterke ledelses-, kommunikasjons- og interessenthåndteringsevner.
  • Flytende norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig.
  • Sertifisering innen Azure, ITIL eller Prosci/endringsledelse.
