The Senior Operations Transformation Program Manager is an operational leader on the forefront of driving Rehlko Operations capabilities and capacity into the future. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives aligned to Rehlko's operational strategies for foot printing, product and process alignment, resiliency, capacity expansion, process rationalization, insourcing and outsourcing initiatives just to name a few. This role will partner across the enterprise engaging various functions in order to execute the role -- ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement which aligns with Rehlko's organizational goals.

Specific Responsibilities:

Footprint / Expansion /Consolidation Projects

Lead global manufacturing footprint optimization projects, including greenfield facility deployments, capacity expansions, consolidations, closures, and network level-loading studies to improve operational efficiency, capacity utilization, and long-term business growth.

Execute global load balancing projects aligning products, components, processes and across multiple facilities

Partner with various businesses in establishing required physical facility presence within markets to drive customer support and sales capabilities

Process and Equipment Projects

  • Partner with continuous improvement team(s) in deploying best practices across the enterprise

  • Participate in annual capital planning process to assure alignment with long term strategic initiatives

  • Lead the evaluation, recommendation, and deployment of new manufacturing processes and capital investments across one or more facilities to enhance core process capabilities, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Insource / Outsource / Product Transfers

  • Lead strategic manufacturing network initiatives, including insourcing, outsourcing, and realignment of products, components, sub-components, and value streams across global facilities to optimize cost, capacity, operational efficiency, and business performance.

  • Create, deploy and utilize a standard product transfer/insource/outsource playbook containing a subset of defined processes

  • Partner with finance in executing cost analysis for make versus buy and transfer projects so as to understand total cost of ownership and supply chain for contract negotiations.

M&A and Integration

  • Act as an operational representative for cases of due diligence

  • Interface between internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, and HR and external companies

  • Define current state business systems, metrics, and general way of doing business

  • Create integration plans that align future entities to Rehlko's processes, R&R, systems, mythologies and corporate identity

  • Lead separation efforts in cases of Rehlko' entity or location carve-out

  • Partner with Finance on creating financial analysis for M&A

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 15+ years of experience in project and/or program management preferably within a large, global manufacturing organization.

  • Experience in leading globally engaging project/programs interacting with various cultures and mindsets

  • Willingness to travel up to: domestically within the US 15% and internationally 20%.

The Salary range for this position is $138,350.00-$177,900.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
