Position Summary
The Senior Strategic Transformation Office Analyst is a key member of the Strategy & Transformation Office responsible for supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, driving adoption of the Amplify Now platform, and enabling data-driven decision making. This role partners with leaders and initiative owners to support transformation planning, improve process efficiency, and identify opportunities to automate and enhance workflows using AI and similar tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and rollout of the 2027 Project Accelerate/Amplify Now process, including idea generation, initiative intake, and process design

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to roll out transformation initiatives, facilitate workshops, and prepare workshop materials

  • Serve as the point of contact for workstream teams and regional delivery leads on root cause analysis and problem solving

  • Work with specific areas of the business to define required data inputs, track results, and support data-driven decision making

  • Provide recommendations to improve and automate current processes using AI tools

  • Maintain data hygiene within Amplify Now and follow up with stakeholders as needed to proactively resolve roadblocks

  • Coach Initiative Owners on quality improvement of their initiative plans as well as assist them with defining data needed to provide results

  • Prepare materials and planning for Transformation Office, Steering Committee, and other recurring/ad hoc meetings

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

  • 3+ years of Consulting, Transformation Office, or similar industry related experience

  • Background utilizing AI or similar automation tools to improve processes

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define and roll out business cases

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Desired Skills
  • Amplify tool experience or similar Transformation/Project Management Office tools

  • Previous experience in strategy, value creation or transformation team

  • Successful history conducting platform user trainings; including scheduling and tracking attendance, as well as creating original content to support new features

  • Understanding FP&A or financial analysis
