Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned PMO Lead to drive structured governance, reporting, and execution discipline across large, complex programs. This role will oversee the PMO function, ensuring consistency in program management practices, milestone tracking, and risk management across all workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the PMO function, establishing governance frameworks and reporting cadence.
  • Own and maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and program reporting.
  • Track program milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide oversight for outsourcing transitions and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to enforce execution discipline.
  • Ensure program governance aligns with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of PMO leadership experience, with proven success in large program governance and reporting.
  • Telecommunications industry background is mandatory.
