Transactions will primarily include land and building purchase, lease, build to suit, and other commercial property transactions that support our clients’ business needs. Those with experience or high interest in corporate real estate management’s function and a career within an industry leading CBRE will find this role of high interest and rewards.What You’ll Do:• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.• Implement real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals.
