Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Licensed Real Estate Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Residential Real Estate Agent is highly transferable.

What You'll Do

  • Manage residential transactions from contract through closing
  • Prepare contracts and listing documentation
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, closings, and vendor appointments

  • Support executive scheduling, communications, and day-to-day operations
  • Update CRM and organize client information
  • Coordinate marketing materials, signage, client gifts, and administrative projects
  • Assist with miscellaneous business operations and local errands as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, builders, and vendors

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Active Texas Real Estate License
  • Must live in the Houston area
  • 2+ years of residential real estate experience
  • Experience writing contracts and coordinating transactions
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills

  • Guaranteed, consistent part-time hours
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and make a meaningful impact
  • Variety in your day—no two days look exactly alike
  • Potential for additional responsibilities and hours as the business continues to grow

This role is perfect for someone who loves supporting sales professionals rather than being responsible for selling, enjoys creating order out of chaos, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

We look forward to your application!
