About the Role

L2 Brands is looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Training Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing enablement for our sales representatives across the Destination, College, Golf, Corporate, and Print Wear channels. In this role, you will build and deliver training on product knowledge, decoration techniques, pricing and policy structures, and internal systems including HubSpot and HighSpot, so our reps feel confident and set up to succeed from day one. This is a great fit for someone who has a sales background, experience with decorated merchandise, and a passion for teaching others both in person and virtually.


What You Will Do

  • Partner with Sales VPs and reps to identify training needs and build structured onboarding programs for new hires
  • Deliver in person and virtual training on product categories and decoration techniques across apparel, headwear, and home decor
  • Educate reps on pricing, minimums, policies, promotions, and the quote process
  • Provide hands-on training on internal systems including HubSpot, HighSpot, order entry platforms, and art tools
  • Lead HubSpot onboarding and administration, including dashboards, data audits, and best practice SOPs
  • Maintain and update sales enablement materials, FAQs, and demo videos in HighSpot
  • Organize live and virtual learning sessions, office hours, and refresher training
  • Track onboarding milestones and ramp up success in coordination with Sales Ops
  • Support launch meetings, tradeshows, and sales summits with training and prep content

Work Environment

  • Primarily office based, with extended computer use, sitting, and standing
  • Regular in-office presence required for team collaboration, meetings, and coaching
  • Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as business needs require

Travel

  • Regular travel required between the PA offices to support in-person collaboration, coaching, and training delivery
  • Additional travel up to 50% or more to support sales rep onboarding, training, and tradeshow or sales summit needs
  • Light to moderate lifting required when traveling with training and tradeshow materials

Requirements

 What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales operations, preferably in wholesale or consumer goods
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills across in-person and virtual formats
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), ERP or order entry systems, sales enablement platforms (HighSpot or similar), and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience with distributed, multi-channel sales teams is a plus
  • Background in decorated apparel, headwear, or promotional products is a plus
