Dara's is looking for an Assistant Convenience Store Manager in Training to join our growing team. This position is designed for motivated individuals who want to develop leadership skills, learn store operations, and prepare for a future Assistant Manager role.
As an Assistant Manager in Training, you will work alongside experienced Store Managers and Assistant Managers while learning all aspects of convenience store operations, customer service, food service, inventory management, and team leadership.
