Job description

CTG is seeking to fill a Program Manager – Digital Transformation opening for our client in New Castle, DE.

Location: New Castle, DE

Duration: 12 months

A Project Manager in the Customer & Experience Transformation field is a versatile professional who excels in managing both the big-picture strategic aspects and the intricate details of a project. They possess a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and customer needs, enabling them to recommend and implement effective digital marketing solutions. The Project Manager establishes project governance models, facilitates project planning, and oversees resource allocation. They are experienced in various project management methodologies, including IBM Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, and SDLC. By effectively balancing strategic thinking and leadership with attention to detail, a Project Manager in Customer & Experience Transformation ensures successful project outcomes that meet client expectations.

Required skills:

  • Program & Transformation Leadership: Led large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with accountability for end-to-end delivery, integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and RAID governance.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Partnered with senior business and technology leaders to drive strategic decisions, manage escalations, and deliver executive-level reporting and communications.
  • Financial, Resource & Vendor Governance: Managed program budgets, forecasting, resource capacity planning, vendor relationships, SOW governance, and cost control to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Agile/SAFe Delivery Excellence: Facilitated PI Planning, release management, steering committee governance, delivery tracking

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60 to $70. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
