Job Description
The Commercial Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes. Focus on developing solutions to enhance the execution of Territory and Account Strategy in Sales Force CRM through dashboard and intelligence system implementation.
  • Participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions.
  • Serve as business liaison to IT.
  • This role involves a significant amount of project management.
  • Project management responsibilities include managing internal non-technical business projects from initiation through completion.
  • Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results.
  • Interpret requirements, identify project scope, plan and direct schedules, monitor project budgets, assign tasks and tracks performance and milestone achievement.
  • Recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, resource additions or scope changes.
  • Ensure effective communication across teams/functions.
  • Keep management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
  • Requires people and resource management experience and may include leading third-party resources.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
  • 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically SFDC

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $116,800.00 - $219,000.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
