Requirements:

Primary Duties:

  • Run our location operations alongside our management team to ensure a smooth process for staff and customers. You will be responsible for properly opening and closing locations, equipment maintenance, employee scheduling, metrics reporting, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized location and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Interview, hire, and train employees.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience working with customers (Hospitality, Retail, etc.)
  • You must be willing to work outside during all seasons
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Computer/Point-of-Sales knowledge
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
  • Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
  • Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
  • Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
  • Move safely over wet or uneven terrain and in confined spaces
