From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

 

Work You'll Do

  • Provide end-to-end planning and execution support for DOD training and certification activities to enable readiness for future operations. 
  • Develop and staff exercise planning documentation, build and manage exercise control products, training objectives/tasks, and observer/controller (O/C) guides, monitor play, capture observations, validate performance against objectives, and support adjudication as needed, and produce after-action reporting (AAR) with lessons learned, root causes, and prioritized improvement recommendations. 
  • Support and facilitate operational planning teams and mission analysis across a broad range of topics.

  • 10+ years' experience with defense clients
