Job Summary

  • This positionย is clerical and provides administrative support toย the Organizational Development team.
  • This positionย plays a vital role in information management for the department. Additionally, this position provides logistic support and coordination needed to schedule training sessions.
  • This position contributes to the success of the company by effectively and efficiently supporting the P1 training team.
Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Administration and Information Management:
    • Maintain updated training modules in e-learning site.
    • Print training manuals for P1 project teams and update contentย as needed.
    • Log training completions in e-learning site.
    • Maintain P1 templates for field personnel.
    • Manage jobsite specific training (eRail, Avetta, Abbotsfield, PSSย Advantage, etc.)
  2. Training:
    • Introduce new Project Managers and Project Coordinators to P1 systems (The Link, ACC, The Hub, COINS, etc.)
    • Assist with training for field personnel.
  3. Logistics Support and Coordination:
    • Plans, coordinates, and supports training sessions.
    • Coordinates travel for the training team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.ย  An Associates Degree is preferred but not required.ย 
  • Experience:ย At least 2 years of full-time administrative assistant related work experience is required.ย 
  • Computer Skills:ย  Accurate typing skills and proficient in using database, email, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications: specifically, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Windows); willing to learn new software applications.
  • Customer Service: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
  • Communication Skills:ย good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills - very important.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Good reasoning ability and be able to quickly problem solve and resolve issues.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
