Job description

Our leaders spend their days championing the team member and guest experience in the service of others. We're looking for a Training Director who leads with a people-first mindset, is hands-on in daily operations, and is passionate about developing others as we live out our vision to be a place where people are restored.

What You'll Do

The Training Director owns the new hire experience and plays an active role in day-to-day operations.

  • Lead new hire training through shifts, ensuring team members feel confident and capable quickly.
  • Provide consistent coaching and feedback, helping team members grow in real time.
  • Support ongoing skill development for team members beyond their initial training period.
  • Own and improve training systems so development is clear, repeatable, and effective across all shifts.
  • Lead the Training Captains, ensuring they are activated and effective on each shift.

This role blends hands-on operational leadership with people development. You'll be present on shifts, guiding training as it happens, while also ensuring the systems behind the scenes support a great experience.
