  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree = bonus points
  • CPR certified
  • One or more of the following:
    • Nationally accredited PT certification
    • B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology

  • 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer
  • Management experience leading teams of 3-10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
  • Consultative sales experience - We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Move around the club like you own it
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
  • Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
  • Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warm-up weight)
