Personal Training Sales Leader

Workout Anytime is hiring an Personal Training Sales Leader  to help grow our Personal Training
department through consultative sales, exceptional member experiences, and leadership. This
is an ideal opportunity for a motivated Personal Trainer who thrives in a goal-driven
environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping members transform
their lives through Personal Training.
What You'll Do
● Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members
● Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals
● Build and manage your own training client base
● Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training
● Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development
● Deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue
What We're Looking For
● Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or related degree) preferred
● Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred
● Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
