The Mission
As the FSS, you are our lead playmaker. You are responsible for the entire sales lifecycle: from high-speed lead response and nurturing to conducting consultations and closing the sale.   • Daily Scorecard: Close out each day by tracking your wins, inventory, and KPIs.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years in sales and customer service (fitness industry experience is a major plus).
  • The "Self-Starter" Factor: Proven ability to work independently and hit targets consistently.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred (it helps you speak the language of our athletes).
  • Certifications: Must be high-energy and poised when interacting with everyone from parents to professional athletes.
