The location in Brownsville, (Tennessee, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Training Coordinator. This job is full-time permanent.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to support employee training, skill development, and compliance initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on hourly leadership role that will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and site leadership regarding the training needs of the organization and ensuring employees are aware and completing training requirements.
Job Functions, Responsibilities and not limited to:
  • Coordinate and maintain employee training records and training systems.
  • Through POKA- supporting HR/Safety in onboarding, job-specific training, cross-training, refresher training.
  • Work with HR/Safety and Management to identify training needs.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of training materials and controlled documents.
  • Monitor and document training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Promote safe work practices and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, POKA).
    • Ability to organize tasks, maintain records, and follow established procedures.
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety.
