Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for the full-time, benefited position of Operational Training Specialist. This role supports the development, organization, and maintenance of operational training programs across all departments.

This role plays a critical part in translating real-world operational expertise into clear, accessible training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Operational Training Specialist will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all profit centers to ensure training is accurate, consistent with our internal standards, regularly updated, and scalable.

If you love turning complexity into clarity and thrive at the intersection of operations, communication, and process improvement, this role is for you! The pay range for this position will be $23.00 - $27.00 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline 360
  • Knowledge of ADDIE and able to complete skill gap analyses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Must be collaborative and relationship-focused
  • Ability to be proactive and self-directed
  • Effective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available. Year-round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid CPTD, APTD, or SHRM professional certification
