Palm Beach Tan is looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to lead our store! In this role, you'll drive sales performance, build a winning team, and create an exceptional tanning experience that keeps customers coming back. If you're passionate about retail leadership and love helping people look and feel their best, this is the opportunity for you.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Manage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
 Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
