Start your leadership career in the restoration industry with a company that helps people recover when disaster strikes. Were seeking a motivated Restoration Supervisor in Training who is ready to learn, lead, and grow into a key role on our production team.
As a future Restoration Supervisor, youll support and eventually oversee restoration projects from start to finishensuring quality work, a safe jobsite, and a positive customer experience. Youll train directly under experienced leaders while gaining handson experience in water, fire, mold, and property damage restoration.
What Youll Do

  • Learn to assign, coordinate, and perform work activities on restoration projects to meet service needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support and supervise Restoration Technicians, communicating clear expectations and maintaining quality control
  • Assist in identifying safety hazards and implementing proper safety measures
  • Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided
  • Help manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution
  • Perform vehicle, equipment, and facility maintenance as assigned
  • Continue developing restoration expertise, including equipment, cleaning products, and industry standards
  • Provide excellent customer service as a frontline representative of our brand
What Were Looking For

  • High school diploma/GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, working in tight spaces, climbing ladders, etc.)
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • IICRC certifications are a plus
What the Job Is Like

This is a fulltime role, MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.4:00 p.m., with frequent overtime opportunities. Work environments vary and may include exposure to heat, odors, airborne particles, and loud noise. Respirator use may occasionally be required for safety.
