The VP will partner closely with ownership to strengthen performance across all revenue channels, enhance operational systems, and elevate the guest experience across multiple locations. The right leader understands both how to design a plan and how to ensure it lives in daily execution. This role requires residence in Bozeman, MT.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Providing executive oversight of multi-unit operations
  • Strengthening consistency and accountability across locations
  • Driving performance across diversified revenue streams
  • Enhancing guest experience standards and service culture
  • Ensuring financial discipline and margin integrity
  • Developing and coaching field leadership teams
  • Translating growth initiatives into scalable operating systems
What We're Looking For
  • 10-12 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
  • Multi-unit operational oversight at the District, Regional, or VP level
  • Strong financial acumen and full P&L ownership experience
  • Demonstrated success improving performance across multiple revenue channels
  • Experience in entrepreneurial or founder-led environments
  • A leader who builds influence through credibility and clarity
  • Willingness to be based full-time in Bozeman, MT and travel extensively
Leadership Profile
  • You are a disciplined operator with executive maturity.
  • You are comfortable in the field, but you think beyond it.
  • You understand how revenue, culture, and systems intersect.
  • You can challenge respectfully and execute decisively.
  • You listen first, then move.
Why This Role

This is an opportunity to step into a true enterprise leadership role - one that offers ownership of outcomes, meaningful partnership with a founder, and the ability to shape the operational future of a growing hospitality group.
