Assistant Director Position

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Assistant Director to join our childcare team. This position supports the daily operations of the school while helping maintain a positive, professional, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. We are a new school looking to expand and grow.
Responsibilities Include: Must have an open schedule to open or close as needed.
  • Managing and filing child records and student files
  • Entering and updating information from child files
  • Conducting tours for prospective families
  • Assisting with staff and classroom schedules
  • Providing classroom support when needed
  • Training and supporting teachers
  • Assisting with inventory management and supply ordering
  • Printing and organizing monthly school reports
  • Taking lead calls and tracking inquiries
  • Updating and managing social media monthly
  • Reviewing and approving school photos
  • Supporting school events and activities
  • Registering new students as needed
  • Providing kitchen support when the cook is out

  • Supporting Monthly Team Meetings every 3rd Thursday of the month.
