Butcher / Meat Processing Team Member

Steadfast Farms is hiring dependable, hardworking Butcher / Meat Processing Team Members for our operation in Bethlehem, CT. Multiple positions available. We are willing to train inexperienced applicants who are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.

This is a great opportunity for someone with butcher, slaughterhouse, farm, food production, or meat processing experience, or someone looking to start a hands-on career in the trade.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company and USDA standards at all times
  • Cut, trim, and prepare meat products
  • Handle meat processing tasks safely and efficiently
  • Use knives, saws, hooks, and other equipment properly
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • Work as part of a team to complete daily production goals
  • Help with cleanup, organization, and general production support

Qualifications
