Job description

Perry and Sons Market & Grille is looking for a meat market cashier! Your job as meat market cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from assisting customers in the meat market and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Meat Market Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return. This position is hourly pay + tips!
  • Must maintain a professional and welcoming attitude while at work
  • Must ensure full knowledge of all cuts of meat and products sold at our location
  • Responsible for stocking and helping maintain inventory of all cuts of meat and products in meat market
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in meat market, and assist Togo cashier as needed
  • Maintain a presence behind the meat market counter at all times
  • Ensure all necessary items are stocked, including all meats, seasonings, freezer & cooler items
  • Complete opening and closing cashier duties
  • Assist kitchen manager with market projects as instructed
