Meat department staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills.As a Meat and Seafood Manager some of your responsibilities will include:Supervision, scheduling and training of all Meat department employeesOrganization of all Meat Department dutiesMaintaining positive customer relationsTraining and development of Meat Department employeesLogging/processing invoices and taking inventoryExpense control and enforcement of company policiesHelping in any capacity needed within the departmentMaintain Health and Safety sanitation requirementsEnsure that there is accurate product pricing and labelingQUALIFICATIONSThe ideal applicant will be a strong leader, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
