CRM Training Manager, Learning and Development

Work with a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm that Accounts for Anything.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver live, virtual, and on-demand training for HubSpot and adjacent software, including office hours with the ability to flex facilitation style across department levels, including senior executives, while maintaining appropriate formality and authority
  • Design and maintain role-based training programs aligned to integration and go-to-market priorities.
  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting to improve system adoption and reduce support tickets.
  • Own CRM training content, ensuring accuracy, usability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure NASBA compliance, branding, and documentation standards are consistently met.
  • Partner cross-functionally with L&D, IMO, Go-To-Market, Growth, and Merger Strong Start teams.
  • Support CRM adoption and standardization across newly integrated firms.
  • Deliver training across additional business platforms.
  • Track and improve training effectiveness through data and reporting insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs (5โ€“7 years preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering virtual, in-person, and on-demand training
  • Estimated 25% travel. Frequency varies based on acquisition activity and may range from occasional (once every few months) to frequent (weekly) during periods of high growth. Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible and variable travel schedule.
  • Hands-on experience training CRM or business systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • HubSpot Academy certifications (CRM, Sales, or Marketing) strongly preferred
  • Training or instructional design certifications (ATD, CPTD, or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience supporting system adoption, change management, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, or go-to-market teams
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and training delivery tools
