Job description

The Center for Human Development is looking for a Clinical Training Specialist. The Clinical Training Specialist plays a key role in shaping CHD's clinical training series, focusing on evidence-based models such as MI, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, ARC, and more as required by CHD contracts. Working closely with internal and external experts, they will create learning experiences emphasizing practical application in real-world scenarios. Given CHD's diverse workforce, effective communication with staff from various backgrounds is crucial.
Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the Director of Learning and Development to design and implement "train-the-trainer" programs, ensuring sustainability and expansion across the agency. Furthermore, they will partner with CHD's technology department to establish professional learning communities, providing ongoing support for participants in post-training.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a clinical field is required; license or license-eligible is preferred.
  • Training development and implementation experience, preferred.
