Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Deliver AMAZING customer service
  • Work as a team in a speed-focused environment
  • Utilize memorization of recipes to provide consistently great food and beverages
  • Perform store opening and closing duties as assigned - complete checklists on shift
  • Excellence in multitasking and communication 
  • Positive and outgoing disposition 
  • Clean, sanitize and maintain store lobby and work environment
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures
  • Stock, replenish and organize food, utensils and beverage products
  • Resolve guest complaints in a positive way to ensure an amazing experience for all customers
  • Stand for long periods of time and be quick on your feet
