YOUR ROLE:

As an Auto Advisor - Service Writer, you'll greet customers with a smile and listen to their questions or problems with their cars. You'll talk to our service team about the repairs, get an idea of how long things will take, and set up appointments to keep everything running smoothly. You'll make sure the schedule is steady and the team isn't overloaded. When the work is done, you'll call customers to let them know or talk to them if extra repairs are needed. You'll help keep customers happy and make sure they get great service.


AUTO ADVISOR - SERVICE WRITER SCHEDULE

You'll work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no weekend or late-night hours, so you can enjoy your time off.


AUTO ADVISOR - SERVICE WRITER REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year(s) of sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with computers and tablets
  • Knowledge about the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Patience, flexibility, and a desire to help others
  • Motivation to learn and improve skills
